From the initial contact with the current owner to the selection of the right boat and the safe handover at the new berth – we take care of every step of your yacht purchase to ensure that everything runs smoothly, transparently and stress-free.

With a passion for boats – and a Hanseatic compass

Born in Hamburg, Birgit Henrichsen discovered her enthusiasm for sailing at the age of seven – on a small Optimist dinghy on the Alster. Since then, she has clocked up countless nautical miles on a wide variety of boats, taken part in regattas and even crossed the Atlantic on a 21-metre sailing yacht with two friends.

After studying economics and business administration, she founded Elbe 1 Marketingkontor over 23 years ago, where she continues to provide strategic support and creative positioning for brands to this day.

At the same time, she learned the yacht business from the ground up at a Hanseatic yacht brokerage – and discovered that she wanted to pursue her passion for boats professionally.

She set this course with Elbe 1 Yachtkontor. Together with Michel Simon, she now serves customers who are enthusiastic about water sports – with Hanseatic down-to-earthness, comprehensive expertise and genuine enthusiasm for everything that moves on the water.

Your yacht expert for motor and sailing yachts in Europe

Michel Simon has been living his passion for motor and sailing yachts for over 10 years. Whether you want to buy a sailing yacht in Norddeich, are looking for a motorboat on the Elbe or want to find your dream yacht somewhere in Europe – Michel Simon will provide you with competent, personal and practical support.

As an experienced water sports enthusiast, he knows the North Sea, Baltic Sea, IJsselmeer and Elbe regions from his own experience. His home turf is in East Frisia, and he regularly sails from the port of Norddeich to the East Frisian islands of Norderney, Borkum, Langeoog and others. With his second berth on the Ems, Michel Simon also travels to Holland, Emden and Leer.
